Currently, I am not accepting commissions and I do not know if/when I will. I have bounced back and forth between saying I'll never take them again, to not for the foreseeable future and maybe next year. 2025 is off to an incredibly rough start for me and 2024 was just as bad. I have not had the energy or wherewithal to accept commissions without worrying about being either unable to complete them or put my whole heart into them.I also find that drawing just for fun has less requirements and I'm able to freely draw without the worry of a deadline hanging over my head ( even though I give myself more than enough time ).so I am currently sitting on considering taking them again eventually.Right now, i'm working on an extensive practice-request queue ( its a queue I compiled of people's OCs to draw so I can get some much needed practice in, in other words ) and personal projects ( drawing friends ocs and my own because thats how i'd like to spend my time once that queue is up ). i will likely return to doing practice-requests once i'm all done with whats currently on the roster.which brings me to my next point; i just didn't think that the work i was producing was worthy of payment. not that it was ugly or not nice to look at, but I knew I had the potential to do better and that I needed time away to really work on some fundamentals ( especially where lighting is concerned ). a lot of my work looked too flat, too uninteresting, so I've been working on that.If, [ this is a big if ] I take up commissions again, pricing will be around the same as they were before i stepped down. I will only be offering sketched and fully rendered headshots. i cannot say if i'd offer anything more than that. its the only thing i'm super comfortable working with, at this time.suggested pricing ( not set in stone ); 45$ for clean headshot sketches ( so none of that messiness you see all over my socials ). 160$ for a fully rendered headshot.there's a lot of ifs, here, but i know there's always going to be one person who expresses interest anyway.so if you'd like to be added to a waitlist, you can email me here: [email protected]

You are not permitted to submit my work, alter or change my work through the use of machine learning or derivative technology or create derivatives of the artwork through the use of machine learning or derivative technologies. Such programs are as follows but not limited to: StableDiffusion, Midjourney, Dream, Mimic, Dall-E and Meitu.Share/Repost your commissioned piece online with the signature and original source. The appropriate files for this purpose will be provided to you free of charge. Use the piece for icons or profile images on your social medias, following all rules above.*Modifying, altering and claiming the work as your own is not permitted.I retain all rights to my artwork and I am allowed to use it to promote my portfolio through social media where I am present. Payment:


Payment is currently taken 100% up front through Ko-Fi only. This is always subject to change in the future.

Full refunds only offered according to these conditions:

(1) If I am unable to complete the commission, regardless of reason ( ex: extreme delays, illness, general real life situations that are out of my control ).(2) Client sends a request prior to work beginning on the sketch phase. If these conditions are met, clients will be notified within 48 hrs of the decision and a full refund issued within another 48 hrs.Partial (50%) refunds may be issued according to these conditions:(1) the client has reached out during or after the sketch phase and rendering has not yet begun.Clients forfeit ALL rights to refunds if they have gone zero contact for 25 days to a month ( 31 days, MAXIMUM ) when there have been prior attempts to connect by the artist ( Nheira ) and they do not respond.

Turnaround ( or delivery period ):

Time taken to complete a piece averages between 2 - 3 weeks. This is always subject to change based on the type of commission and complexity. You will be notified if this changes.If you have a specific time in which you’d like to have this piece done, discuss this with me BEFORE payment.

process:

client proposes commission request and conditions are met.payment is sent and received upon request approval from Nheira.sketch phase begins - > client approval needed - > rendering phase ( up to 50% ) -> client approval needed -> rendering phase ( to 100% ) -> client approval needed.NON COMMERCIAL TERMS OF USE:

This section refers to non-commercial work only. They are subject to change at any time.I retain all rights to the artwork commissioned and do not allow anything produced to be used commercially
( distribution, printing, re-sharing ) without express permission in hand-written form. Image rights may be negotiated for 300% of the total price.100% of the payment is taken through ko-fi. As of now, there are no other alternative payment methods, but this is can be subject to change.Client does not receive the final image/unwatermarked + addtl’ watermarked image for sharing
( JPEG, PNG or other flat file ) unless paid in full. PSDs may be available upon request and at an additional cost.All work completed can be used for portfolio purposes unless the client indicates that they would like to keep the piece private ( this must be determined BEFORE payment ).I reserve the right to reject commissions regardless of reason.I reserve the right to use any rejected sketches for other commissions or personal work.Clients must read, understand and agree to all terms before entering into a contract with the artist.
